Beyond your smartphone screen.

The Joy of the rising Sun,

Only comes under stars and mountains.

Life is so much more,

Beyond those caged thoughts.

Let them roam outside your room with

feet in grass and head under the moon.

Hiking is your Guru,

Your perfect teacher.

every step is a meditation

Every hardship is healing.

So let your soul find its path,

In the wilderness of nature,

In the mist of the forest,

Through the winds of a nearby lake.
