Far away from home,
Up on those roads,
Tread through the boulders,
Walk through the forest,
Where trees touch sky
And your breath seems to fly.
Up, on the snow,
Your feet refuse to slow,
Let them feel the rocks,
Let them climb on and on !
When you reach the gates,
You’re welcomed by icy gales,
The pains of the path,
Find its meaning at last,
When you sweat finally glows,
With the rays of the star !

These all are Kedarkantha pics na.. beautiful post specially the last para is so true. I remember how tiring and chilling cold it was to climb the summit and once i was there i realized all the trouble and pain is worth for this.
Yes, it is… that’s the beauty of adventure like this..the more the pain the better the reward..you don’t want to put your cam down but it can freeze your hand at summit.. totally worth it…thank you for your precious words…
I agree but trust me I dint wanted to take my cam out. The view was too pure and untouched. I just wanted to experience the whole thing rather than capturing it.
Yes very true…no cam in the world can capture those moments 100 percent…u can only feel it … it’s so surreal..
Exactly. Infact i wrote one blog post on my trek.. and really thought to write more on that but I feel no words can capture that too.
Its amazing how you put those imagery through words.
I try to do justice with that experience…I am glad you liked this…thank you once again for your praise…
