Well, for most of us year 2020 is the worst year of our lives and I can’t agree more with them .
We saw so many of them lost their loved ones because of this deadly pandemic and many dreams shattered with the crumbling economy around the world. 2020 brought tears of loss more than happiness.
But we humans are very hopeful creatures. We can be very greedy too but we can never stop ourselves from being hopeful even the world is going to end tomorrow. We can hold onto little moments of joy when we are with family and friends and simply love to get lost in those tiny moments.
And yes, we got hell lot of time with our families this year, thanks to lockdown.
We focused on cooking food, washing utensils, cleaning our houses more than making our bosses happy in the professional environment. At the same time the nature which had been exploited by us got time to heal to some extent.
Well we have to do more in order to heal this planet .Our vulnerability this year became a golden moment for nature to heal. Our loss became mother Earth’s gain. So are we the villains on this planet ? Well, it depends on us, how much we care for others, how much we care for our planet !
Year 2020 stopped us , made us to think of our actions, taught us a lesson and gave us an opportunity to correct ourselves. There is life out there in the wild , the real life we should look for , the life beyond money, power and greed ! There, truly our happiness lies.
Happiness is real when shared. Let’s share our happiness with nature by protecting it, preserving it and helping it to grow with us !

Like my deceased father used to say: money can relaxes you but doesn’t make you tryly happy! It has been great to jump out of the rat race and focus on the basics in life!

This was definitely a year that I had to sit and contemplate. It also opened our eyes to a lot of what is going on in the world and we couldn’t look away. I can only hope that we, as a worldwide community, stay involved even after the winding down of the pandemic.

So well said my friend. This has been an extremely difficult year for the United States as well. I believe you are right our loss has been our planets gain in so many ways. We are actually running out of time to save our earth. Mother Earth is a planet we all share and I know that the US needs to do her part in a big way to make up for last year. You have said it very well my friend. I realise that there were, and are, many things that need improving and changing and many have been changed due to the risk of infection from this virus. But I lament that the world has had to learn their lesson in such a tragic way. This might not have been the worse year as there have been horrible years that have affected different people in different ways, but it has been a year that has created a world-wide crisis that has not ended, will not end with the passing of the 31st of December, and that we still must be quite wary of. I do think that things are on the way to getting better and that they will. However, I do not think we need a “new” normal, we need to resume life as we left it at 23:59 hours on the 14th of March 2020 and erase all these months. All the best,
