Breathing Happiness

Suppressed by your own fears,
Shaken by the jolts of failures,
You’ve carried this load
Far too long .

How long can you live like this?
Injuring your soul with frustration,
Melting your life
with every second !

It’s tough to rise from this muddle,
Try to Squeeze your grit one more time,
Hold this ground and
Push for the sky above !

Breathe your life With every step,
Breaking all shackles of your mind.
Find your joy on the path above,
Breathing happiness of a free sky !

Until the smoke turns weak

Underneath this skin,
Something deep within,
A fire burning ruthlessly,
Brewing the missing pieces .

Rebuilding the hope
Which was shattered
Long ago ‘cause of fear,
‘cause of loss of someone.

Keep breathing in the fog
Until the smoke turns weak
Until the suffocation loses
The battle against your will !

Positives of 2020

Well, for most of us year 2020 is the worst year of our lives and I can’t agree more with them .

We saw so many of them lost their loved ones because of this deadly pandemic and many dreams shattered with the crumbling economy around the world. 2020 brought tears of loss more than happiness.

But we humans are very hopeful creatures. We can be very greedy too but we can never stop ourselves from being hopeful even the world is going to end tomorrow. We can hold onto little moments of joy when we are with family and friends and simply love to get lost in those tiny moments.

And yes, we got hell lot of time with our families this year, thanks to lockdown.

We focused on cooking food, washing utensils, cleaning our houses more than making our bosses happy in the professional environment. At the same time the nature which had been exploited by us got time to heal to some extent.

Well we have to do more in order to heal this planet .Our vulnerability this year became a golden moment for nature to heal. Our loss became mother Earth’s gain. So are we the villains on this planet ? Well, it depends on us, how much we care for others, how much we care for our planet !

Year 2020 stopped us , made us to think of our actions, taught us a lesson and gave us an opportunity to correct ourselves. There is life out there in the wild , the real life we should look for , the life beyond money, power and greed ! There, truly our happiness lies.

Happiness is real when shared. Let’s share our happiness with nature by protecting it, preserving it and helping it to grow with us !

Gratitude

Do you see what I see,
When I see through the lens,
The lens that magnifies
The goodness amidst chaos?

Do you feel what I feel
When I am Cleansed
With the potion of kindness,
Ignoring bruises of toxic thoughts?

Yes, I am transformed,
Hammered with feathery blows
The touch of Gratitude
Which reveals the treasures I have!

I am grateful to all the people who gave so much to me in spite of my ignorance. I am grateful to all the things nature has given to me in spite of my apathy.

Though I will never be satisfied and desire for more because it is my weakness to be seduced by worldly things. And for that, forgive me. I am just a mere soul trying to outshine the dark!

Coffee with 1000 Followers

The morning comes with a new beginning, new hope, more inspiration and more positive vibes.

I couldn’t have asked more from the wonderful wordpress community for giving me 1000 followers. Let me sip my coffee which I prefer with sugar and milk and settle down with this amazing feeling, cheers everyone!

The journey so far has been more about downs than ups. I started blogging back in 2015, wrote for 2-3 months and then the gap of almost 5 years, got stuck in a rat race and struggles of life.

I am still struggling but maybe getting to see the bigger picture. You see I use the word ‘ maybe’ a lot because I am so uncertain about things. Many will think how confused I am though they will agree that-

Life is all about uncertainty. One moment you are full of happiness, the other you struggle with grief.

What I am on the scale of cosmos? Nothing, just a whisk of time fading with every single second.

So I prefer to flow with this wind and expecting every possibility of life to face.

This is a new beginning, a new challenge, a new opportunity to grow.

Craving

Beyond the mountains of grief,
There’s an ocean of Ecstasy.
Beyond the rubbles of my failed endeavours,
My soul craves for that vibrant Felicity
!

Maybe there’s an ocean of blue,
With whom I can relate to!
Maybe in those depths of afflictions
I can find my divine benediction!

Let me struggle
In these swamps of disaster.
Let me find my way
Against these Howling gales
.

Till then wait for me
If you are already through.
Till then breath in the valley
And enjoy the view!

Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life

Mother Nature

Humanity flourish in her lap,
Every joy blooms in her warmth.
Her glistening presence, her every giggle,
Ride on soothing winds to caress our restless souls.

O Mother, your divine beauty
Fills my heart with sheer bliss.
Your selfless love is beyond anyone to fathom.
You still holds me with your ailing grasp!

What have I done, O Mother!
To infuse pain in your veins.
I choked your lungs, I exploited your love,
Ignored your tears but you still persist to give!

Save the life infusing aroma
Of the wet earth in those rains by saving her!
Save the existence of all of us
By saving her soul flowing in our veins!

The Black Iron

He has been bent,
He has been forged,
He has been hammered like a
hot iron to obey the blacksmith.

How much he can take
Before his soul rages embers?
How far he can go
With his bones chiselled to weakness?

But fortitude is his strongest suit,
No fire can turn him into weak ashes,
Nothing can shake his unabated spirit,
‘cause he is an iron who absorbs thousand blows!

A Handful of Stardust

Self clicked

A potpourri of grains rustled
With afflictions in a void, so vast.
The grains of the stardust
Glistened with pride,
They were all alike.
Those similar grains of stardust
Contrived humanity who made boundaries
The divisions of religion, the difference of colour,
Black, brown, white, yellow.
Everyone will go down the same drain
To become the similar
Handful of stardust again!
