Throughout our lives we cling onto something, waiting for that thing to give us happiness, success, or something pleasant in return.
But what we get in return? Nothing, disappointment, sadness. Maybe expectations drive us, it pushes us towards our goals, we try hard to achieve that, but in spite of so many efforts we are left with nothing.
Then comes a point of disappointment, grief, frustration because we are still attached with that goal or expectation . This is where we are harming our selves, losing the essence of our lives, we lose our happiness.
This is where we have to give up on those hopes and seek contentment. The biggest thing in life is to understand the right time to give up on something. When it’s really needed to find our true purpose, to find true meaning of life.
Persevering , until we get exhausted and finally find contentment in our efforts. Relationships , goals , success, money all stay here when we finally say goodbye. So why so much fuss for the attachments we live with. Give up on all those things that disturbs our stay here in this life.
There is no meaning of cosmos if there is no life.
In the beginning there was only darkness in the universe and then the first generation of stars were born. They died creating first seeds of life, the elements that created us.
Our Star, Sun belongs to the later generation of stars. It made us , it created an Eden for us in the form of Earth so that we can thrive but look what we are doing now.
We don’t own this world and our greed for power has made us blind. The sacrifice of our Gods (stars) mean nothing to us and gratefulness has lost its worth.
Are we going to create order in this universe or just become another chaos of this already chaotic universe?
Is the meaning of the cosmos, the life which it created through so much of pain, would fade away in vain just like the last blip of a star?
No, this is not the way it should be. It took thousands of years for a complex machine like us to emerge out of oblivion. There is a purpose for humans for whom this universe waited for so long.
We have to realise that purpose, a greater cause to fulfil our role in the great scheme of the universe. Humans have a responsibility, some of us would go wrong , would choose the wrong path but then it would be the responsibility of others to correct them.
We gave birth to love, we created empathy, we know the power of compassion, the ingredients of order in this world. The world needs it right now, the universe expect it from us.
Mind dictates false self , Infuse sufferings of past. You are not your mind
Trapped in past-future, Life blooms in stillness of Now, A journey within
Mind is programmed to make a mental image of everything as per it’s needs. It needs time especially past and future to dwell , in fact to avoid everything which exists Now (present) it has created illusion of past and future.
We can feel this in our daily lives , we either curse our past or crave for a better future when we allow our mind to dominate. This is how our mind creates a false image of ourselves and everything around.
We are not what our mind says. Our true identity lies beyond our mind, it lies deep within in our consciousness,in the stillness which exists only in the present moment.
So without thinking too much , just feel life the way it is, in this moment, in the stillness of Now. You will find your true self.
Towering inferno Encapsulated the bushes The world became red From the blazing fire The bushes choked With the suffocating smoke Creatures charred And animals screamed Man, It’s all your greed Grief of nature Will never be silenced So here we are Facing the revenge Wrath of the dead Anger of the bushes It’s weapon is Corona And the man Is running for cover
Mother nature had enough to retaliate. Recently we witnessed bushfires in Australia that killed so many animals and creatures that horrified so many of us.
It’s all because of us, Global warming is our deed that is resulting in such disasters. But mother nature is not weak, it has It’s own mechanism to teach us a lesson. We are now facing Corona Virus pandemic, wrath of nature.
I hope we all recover from this and also learn from our mistakes. This should open our eyes and change our attitude towards mother nature.
