It’s a Chemical World

There’s a haze in the city
Even the morning isn’t pretty
You breathe in Sulphur
From the burning rubber
Your lungs fight with methane
Now your life has become a bane

Oh pretty oxygen
Where you are?
We all are searching
Another Noah’s Arc
Where can I find
That morning glow?
Where the mornings
Are refreshing
And nature refreshes soul!

Indeed, it make me sad too. It is so sad for our comfort we are killing our mother earth and ourselves and next generation.

It is a sad poem because it reflects what some unscrupulous men are doing with the planet.
Anyway, it is a very nice poem. Congratulations.
