Self Development

When you sweat, you feel invincible, you connect with the divine. Daily work out is not just a routine but also your daily dose of positive feelings.

It’s like loving and respecting your body.

We are living in a highly competitive and extremely active world. We are constantly going through mental pressure and hell lot of work pressure. We hardly take out time for ourselves. This leads to various health problems.

To stay fit is an uphill task. It’s very easy to gain calories than losing it. For example,
2 eggs=approx. 155 calories intake
15 to 20 min jogging=145-155 kilocalories burn
Where 1 calorie intake =1 Kilocalorie burn

That’s how difficult to lose weight or stay fit. And only a healthy body can have healthy mind.

If we really crave for healthy and happy life, then we have to take out at least 30 minutes for ourselves. These minutes should be invested in work out, Yoga or any form of exercise.

So start your day by investing on yourself. Begin your day with pumping out positive thoughts because loving your body is the first step towards loving others.

And I guess after following this, you might say

All I have is positive thoughts”.

Cheers! Have a good day…

YES!!!! I couldn’t agree more. Once I started exercising more and incorporating yoga and meditation into my daily practices I noticed a huge difference in my mind body awareness. I was able to get off the Lupus meds and start healing my body in more conscious ways.
