When time began
In the moment after creation
Earth was barren
And was in dark desolation
Then the Glory of God
Began with his compassion
He introduced his son
And humanity with Religion
But the humanity’s creed
Became his Greed
And he became blind
In the shadow of the dark
Epiphany of religion
Forgotten with time
Humanity killed himself
With his ignorance of light
Now Religion is weeping
With the corps of his son
Humanity is motionless
On the barren land

There’s still good in it! 🙂
There’s goodness in everything… But the problem is majority of us focus on and persue wrong things… Religions are different modes of transport towards one single goodness.. But we are rash driving
I guess it just depends on where a person is at. If we were all perfect, why any need for earthly Creation at all? 😉
Haha.. That’s true as well… Thank you for reading!
Nice poetry. I spent some time in India. I assume that’s where you are? Brings back memories… 🙂
Yes in Lucknow…
I never got up there… looks like I missed some interesting sights. I guess these babies are modern constructions? https://goo.gl/maps/KjGunuS6c1HX14fa6
The link is not opening… Yeah.. Its near Agra where Taj is located..
It’s a bunch of elephants in a park at Ambedkar Memorial Park. And geez, I did see the Taj. Really blew me away at the time. So I guess I did get up there… or very near.
