Almost all of us are suffering with this disease called as procrastination. No matter how hard we try we can’t help ourselves to get rid of this disease , yes ,it should be called as a disease. It’s like the most dominating code embedded in our memory.
What is the biggest mistake you make in life? Buddha replied- The biggest mistake you make in life is when you think you have time.
It’s like we delay our most precious work and leave it in the mercy of time. And after sometime we are punished by it. The situation after this becomes so frustrating That our regrets almost kill us.
The funny part is that we know we are doing it wrong but still we can’t help ourselves. It’s like we become slaves of this very tricky phenomenon. Writers are plagued by this, dreamers are crippled by this and it’s tough to get out of this.
Is there any way to get rid of procrastination?
The first step towards this is to know that only ‘Now’ is real and your past or future is imaginary. You can’t control your past and future but you have all the opportunities to make your present as fulfilling as possible.
Everything you do now will automatically affect your future and if you will allow your past to affect your present then it will always give you disappointment and negative vibes.
Laziness is a sleeping giant that eats your precious future, stay away from this ,otherwise you are going to become mad (affects your mental health) in the near future. You can get rid of this with discipline, waking up early in the morning and engaging in half an hour of workout, can create a perfect setup for a successful day. Making this as your daily goal can work wonders for your overall goal.
You are born to follow the path of Karma, your Karma to make a positive change in this world. It starts with you and ends with the happiness of the people around you. Your existence is precious so not only follow your Karma but also worship it .
Even a small change made by you can do miracles for the world, so never ever think that your work is insignificant.
In this fast paced world ,it has become a monumental challenge to take out time for personal well being. People are facing problems like anxiety, high blood pressure , hyper tension and other physical problems. The world today is so much engrossed in their work, study and other endeavours that it is taking a toll […]
Something which gives you positivity, something that makes you feel good , something which cannot be explained but makes you feel empowered.
Your parents, friends ,animals , nature and everything in your surrounding have an element of that super power which gives you joy and strength. You can call that thing God or maybe something else but whatever it is it cannot be explained in words.
For me nature teaches you humility, it gives you calmness, It takes away negativity of every kind from your heart and mind. It is nothing less than God to me. Maybe I don’t believe in conventional way to worship God But if you respect nature you have to respect that as well. Maybe there is a hidden meaning behind it.
Kindness is the biggest virtue and if there is some kind of order in this world then it is only because of qualities like that. Your ego should never conflict with kindness and no matter what the situation is ,you should always try to be humble otherwise you might regret later.
To be more precise ,you should follow the path of your Good karma which is your biggest worship , it will never fail you and it will always come back at you in some or the other way in some positive form.
It is the inherent quality of humans to look for something to cheer about but there has been very few things to celebrate this year.
One year ago I wrote about the horrific year which had gone by because of pandemic, little did I know that a much bigger storm awaited us. The Delta variant brought us on our knees, exposed our health facilities and took away many of our loved ones.
I lost few of my relatives and I have seen their families finding it difficult to get back on track. It is a testing time for entire humanity but ‘hope’ is something We would never forget even on our death bed.
Each of us is bruised right now, But that would not hinder us From finding our feet once more, To stand again and look for sunshine
I am not expecting anything in the future or in the upcoming year and it would be more prudent to stay in this moment a bit more and feel each second which is going by in joy.
Lets make our ‘now ‘ as beautiful ,as joyous as possible. There is nothing we can gain with hate and we would never know how much time we have. So our each act is extremely crucial and can make a difference in a positive way in this world.
Desire, hope , expectations and aspirations are the driving forces of human civilization.
If someone asks ,”who are you ?” What will be your answer?
After contemplating it for few seconds you will get to know that your desire or aspiration is your description. Your success or failure in pursuit of your desire becomes your description or rather your identity.
Many people die continuously from within but they aren’t able to kill their desires. Their desires drive them like a prey lured towards a trap.
But in the womb of the same desires there is also a light of knowledge or enlightenment, how?
When our desires stay incomplete or fall apart we open ourselves completely for the light to enter our hearts. When we have nothing to lose but to gain from the mistakes and look at the bigger picture. It is difficult to be a loser but the loser is the one who becomes an excellent teacher.
He knows the bigger picture, he knows that life doesn’t end where your desire ends, he knows there is more to gain after every failure !
And he definitely knows what his true identity is !
Miles ahead Through the pitch darkness I focused hard To see a flickering light. A ray of hope In a world, so doomed I stumbled with bruises To embrace that flickering light. A distant dream With darkened screams A swamp, full of struggles A tunnel to that flickering light.
